We welcome industry leaders, researchers, and professionals in food science and nutrition to submit abstracts that showcase innovative technologies, compelling case studies, or practical applications across areas such as sustainable processing, functional foods, and nutrition-driven health solutions. Submissions that combine real-world impact with scientific rigor are especially encouraged, as this conference aims to bridge research and practice. By presenting your work, you’ll engage with a global audience, exchange ideas with peers, and help drive the development of healthier, more sustainable food systems.
PRISM and the organizing committee members of ICFSN 2026 ensures a rigorous, high-quality and unbiased peer review process for all abstracts submitted to the conference. The decision of abstract acceptance will be judged by a panel of expert reviewers and/or session chair and/or conference chairman emphasizing whether the findings and/or conclusions are novel and make useful contributions to the field. The committee operates a single/double-blind peer review process for all the abstracts submitted, where both the reviewer and the author remain anonymous.
