Welcome to our International Conference on Food Science and Nutrition. The conference will be held in Florida, USA. Official Language

The official language of the ICFSN conference is English. Translation and interpreting services will not be available

Dress Code

We encourage participants to dress comfortably in casual business attire. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure personal comfort.

Special Instructions

Please arrive at the conference room at least 30 minutes before your session begins at the International ICFSN 2026. There may be changes to the conference program, for which participants will be notified in a timely manner. Free Wi-Fi is available in the conference room; however, electrical outlets will not be accessible for safety reasons. As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, please turn your mobile phones to silent before entering sessions. The event will be photographed, so if you are taking photos, ensure your flash is off. The distribution of advertising messages in any form is strictly prohibited, except for exhibitors and sponsors

Visa Information

A visa is required to enter USA unless you are a citizen of a country that is exempt under USA visa/entry permit rules. Participants who are not eligible for visa-exemption must obtain the appropriate USA visa by applying through the nearest USA Embassy, Consulate, or an authorized visa agent in their country of residence.

Invitation Letter

If you require a letter of invitation for your visa application, please submit a request for a letter of invitation.

At least one of the following criteria must be met in order to honour the request for a letter of invitation. The requesting party must either:

• Be an author of an accepted submission (oral presentation, poster presentation)
• Have paid the registration fee, in full, for this conference.

Please provide the following information in your request:

• Title (Dr., Professor, Mr., Mrs., Miss, Ms, etc.)
• Your full name (Please specify family name and given name)
• Organization
• Full mailing address
• Telephone and fax numbers
• Email address
• Copy of passport
